Kye Chung

Kye (pronounced “K”) is a Senior Leadership Associate who loves coming alongside churches who are looking for their next senior leader that will take them to the next level. He brings over 20 years of diverse ministry experience in the local church as well as an executive coach/consultant around the nation. Kye has had the privilege of serving on senior leadership teams as a Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. Kye is also a Paterson StratOp and LifePlan Certified Facilitator. Alongside being an Associate in the Senior Leadership Team at Slingshot, Kye serves on the executive team as the Executive Director of Ministries and Engagement at Real Life Church, a multisite strategic partner of North Point Ministries, located in Valencia, California. He has also been connecting churches and staff together in the multi-cultural context for over 20 years through KAMR, an organization he founded. He is passionate about adding value to others with the unique experiences that God has given him. Kye is married to Kathy and has 2 Adult children and 1 in High School (Kailey, Emily and Nathan).
