Why We Love This Opportunity
We love our opportunity to partner with Imprint Church as they look for the right person to lead their Student and Family Ministry in the Woodinville/Bothell area (Seattle suburbs). The right fit should have a passion for people and a desire to pour into other leaders who are making a difference in the lives of the kids & teens (and their families).
Church or Org Description
Imprint Church was launched from Northshore Community Church in Kirkland, WA, about 50 people a decade ago. Darren Larson is the founding Pastor (and continues to serve as one of the Lead Pastors). They are a non-denominational church.
After just three years, they hired a church planting pastor (Tom Regan) and then planted a second location after just their fifth year. This new church was planted with about 100 people in an adjacent suburb (Bothell). Both churches were growing until Covid hit. Because the Bothell Campus was meeting in a public community college, they were forced to move back to the original (Woodinville) Imprint location and become one church again.
The church (with about 400 in weekly attendance coming out of COVID) is very warm and welcoming. The Sunday morning experience can be described as “real.” The Lead Pastors are committed to teaching God’s Word not just accurately but also in a very relatable way.
The new Student and Family Lead will oversee the ministry to those birth through high school and their families. He will guide and direct the student ministry and provide leadership to the staff team leading those from birth through elementary.
