Church or Org Description
Elevate Church began as an ARC church plant in 2012 under the leadership of current Pastor Colby Atkins. It was a mobile setup for the first three and a half years, and the Church moved into a former movie theater in 2016. Over the next few years, the Church grew to around 1800 weekly attenders.
The mission of Elevate is all about helping people who are far from God find their full potential in Christ. Since its inception, Elevate has lived this mission. They prioritize a weekend experience with high energy, engaging worship, and a relevant message that meets people where they are. The goal is to help people who are far from God feel welcome. There are three Sunday services at 8:30, 10:00, & 11:30 am.
Position Description
The Creative Arts Pastor at Elevate Church will oversee and pastor the entire Creative Arts Department, including worship, production, and visual media. This is a thriving team at Elevate Church and is known in the community for its energy, passion, and commitment to excellence. The team is positioned and ready for a new level of organization and community as the Church continues to grow.
Top priorities for this position are visionary leadership, an eye for the overall weekend experience, leading teams, and making disciples.
