Lake Church is a fantastic SBC church with a heart to make a difference in their community of Arlington. This church is incredibly healthy and poised for growth with a long-tenured team of executive leaders. They are known in the community for their solid Biblical teaching, excellent music program, and engaging kids and student ministries. Lake Church is excited for a new Children’s Pastor to join the team and pour into and grow the dedicated team of leaders currently serving in Kids Ministry.
Position Description
The Children’s Ministry at Lake Church exists to assist the family in developing a devoted follower of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, unconditional love, and a Godly example. It cares for kids from birth-6th grade, utilizing several different programs to impact and train them with the Word of God. The Children’s Pastor will have the opportunity to cast a fresh vision for what the Kids Ministry should be heading into the future and build teams that pour into kids and families.
