Why We Love This Opportunity
Denver Institute for Faith & Work is a vibrant nonprofit in the heart of the Denver Metro region. With a strong legacy of leadership and innovation at the intersection of faith and work, DIFW is looking for the next leader who will help the institute grow and thrive for a new generation of Christian leaders.
Church or Org Description
Denver Institute for Faith & Work is an educational nonprofit dedicated to forming men and women to serve God, neighbor, and society through their work. We are learners, teachers, and conveners dedicated to our work, our city, and a broader vision of the gospel. And our vision is a world healed by the gospel through the work of God’s people. We believe we are people called to think theologically, embrace relationships, create good work, seek deep spiritual health, and serve others sacrificially. These are the guiding principles and values of the Denver Institute for Faith & Work. We help people find kingdom purpose in their work.
At DIFW, we realize many people feel isolated from other people of faith at work. They’re a bit disoriented when it comes to understanding their calling and frustrated with a deep disintegration between “personal faith” and public commitments in fields like business, education, law, and health care. They long for healing in the divide of an ever-changing culture. That’s why we connect people through our events and gatherings, create resources through our courses and podcast episodes, and help Christian leaders form community renewal through partnerships, spiritual formation, and a clarified sense of calling.
